Jewelry
We design and create custom jewelry for your brand.
Our Greatest Asset
CUSTOMIZATION
Design
Our production is 100% custom-made; we don’t work with catalogs. We design collections tailored to your needs and budget. Let’s develop your idea together, from the initial sketch to the final prototype.
Manufacturing
We produce fashion jewelry (brass and stainless steel) as well as 925 sterling silver jewelry. We work with semi-precious stones, enamel, resin, and glass.
Testing
All our productions are tested in independent laboratories and comply with REACH and PROP 65 standards. We work closely with Intertek and Bureau Veritas. All the stones we use are responsibly sourced (conflict-free zones) and tested by GIA.
Certifications
Our production facilities are RJC certified.
Our 15 years of experience serving the most prestigious international brands enable us to address all manufacturing challenges.

The Different Stages
of Manufacturing
LJewelry manufacturing is a process that requires great expertise and meticulous attention to detail. From the initial design to the final product, each stage is crucial to producing high-quality and compliant jewelry.**
Design
Share your idea with us,
and we’ll turn it into a sketch or 3D model. This step is carried out by our designers and is essential in defining all the details of your jewelry.
Shape
Once the casting is complete, our artisans begin to shape the jewelry using various tools. This step can take a considerable amount of time, depending on the complexity of the design.

Mold
Once the design is approved, we create a physical wax model. It must be identical to the original sketch or 3D design, as this model will then be used to create the mold.
Electroplating
The electroplating process involves depositing a thin layer of metal (usually gold, silver, rhodium, etc.) onto the surface of the jewelry using an electrolytic bath. We plate our jewelry from a simple flash up to 5 microns (Vermeil).
Metal Casting
The completed model is used for casting. The casting process destroys the original wax model (lost wax casting) to create its metal copy. We use various types of metals, such as brass and silver, among others, for the production of our jewelry.
Quality Control
The final step is quality control. Each of our pieces is inspected and tested during this last stage to ensure it meets our specifications. Afterward, the jewelry is sent to our various partner laboratories to undergo the final mandatory tests before being released to the market.
Types of our Jewelry
We work with a variety of materials, including :
Metal
brass, silver, stainless steel, etc.

The range of possibilities for developing our jewelry is extensive, allowing us to address the diverse needs of our clients.
